Instead of using this tag describe what is short.

Some examples:

• For short hair use short_hair
• For short pants use shorts
• For really short pants (aka. hotpants) use short_shorts
• For short dresses use short_dress or miniskirt

For short characters one of these tags may be applicable:

• petite for small-but-natural overall body size.
• chibi for unnaturally chibified characters.
• height_difference for images that show the difference in height between two people.
• minigirl/miniboy for unnaturally tiny people.
• aged down for characters portrayed younger than their 'normal' age.
