A 4chan meme started in 2006 from the Dragon Ball Z character Cell in blackface shouting “SHOOP DA WHOOP”, “IMMA CHARGIN MAH LAZER”, and/or “IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZER”, typically ending with the firing of said lazer. Though the origin is disputed, Encyclopedia Dramatica claims it to be a Flash animation called “Syntax Error #2”. The meme has been reproduced as both images, motivators and animations.
