H-game

The “hero” of this one was majoring in medicine, but was expelled from the university due to playing around (it must’ve been pretty bad to get him expelled!). However, it would appear that his brother graduated at the university with flying colors. His brother has always been the bane of his existence--one-upping him in everything. Now the brother has been working as a doctor at a local hospital and has been making quite nice reputation for himself. He’s now off to vacation with his fiancée, and our protagonist sees this as an opportunity to take his place and ruin his brother’s perfect situation (and have a little fun along the way). Oh yeah, I neglected to mention that the two brothers are twins, so they’ll be none the wiser.
