Shelly (Japanese: Izumi) is an Admin of Team Aqua from Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire.
Her Team Magma counterpart is Courtney.
In Ruby and Sapphire, she has long curly red hair, a blue bandana, a blue vest over a black tube top, and blue pants.
In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, she has been completely redesigned. She now has dark skin, long black hair that covers one eye, a blue crop top with shoulder cutouts, and blue pants with hip vents.
