The 2nd costume of Nijisanji EN's Selen Tatsuki, released August 2022 as part of an Obsydia costume wave, taking on the position of 'Commander of the Air Force'.
Like those of her genmates, it follows the military theme, as Selen wears a collared sleeveless, sideboob-exposed blue gradient dress holded with a purple belt with a pouch on her waist, and a long-sleeved blue coat on her shoulders. She also wears a black garrison cap on her head, a pair of glasses, a wristwatch, a single fingerless black glove, black belts around her right arm and left thigh, which the latter is attached by another pouch, a pair of black boots and several jewelry. Her dragon, Ember, is also given a pair of goggles and a collared black jacket.
For her official hairstyle in this costume, she wears very long hair in a ponytail.
