seikai no senki

Seikai No Senki (星界の戦旗 Battle Flag of the Stars , in the west known as Banner of the Stars) is a space opera novel series written by Hiroyuki Morioka. It spawned a series of television adaptions from Sunrise, such as Seikai No Monshou (星界の紋章 Crest of The Stars) in 1999, with sequels in 2000, 2001 and 2005.
