scorecard

A typically circular or rectangular card originally held up by judges to evaluate competitors in an athletic or performance setting. Usage has since evolved to cover anything from general actions to appearance, with higher values representing approval and vice versa.

Scorecards exist in both basic card and handheld sign versions, with the most common score ranges being 0–10 and 0–100.
