God Power: 「Blessing of Death」

One of the three rebel gods, the "Lawful Evil" one.
Has the obligation to kill one person a day. Used to be one of the best hitmen when he was a mortal.
A very methodical & fastidious man. And although he is the total opposite of The Impurity God, they are totally in sync.
Has "god-tier" for his both "OCD" and "clean freak".
The Killer can enchant his weapon and bullets with his power, but he still must hit the target... while sitting as high as Heaven. (see post #1910096)

Appearance: "Resting Asshole Face" - heavy chin, scowl lines, corners of lips bent down. Slicked down black hair.
Attire: is mostly black - trench coat, pin-stripe suit, gloves, shoes. Red shirt, yellow necktie.
Accesories: Rectangular sunglasses, carries black gun bag over shoulder. Single-shot sniper rifle, silenced pistol.
Halo: Rim of "bullseye" sign on left side of chest.
