Matsuri is a shy meganekko with a timid personality. She has two-tone hair which she often tries to hide under hats.

Her pet ferret is named John, who she likes to travel around with. She is largely the victim of Matsuoka Miu teasing and the target of affection for Itou Nobue, though Itou Chika does her best to protect her. Out of all the girls, she is most comfortable with Ana Coppola.
