The third main installment of the Ryuu ga Gotoku series.

Kiryu Kazuma and his adoptive daughter, Sawamura Haruka move to Okinawa to run an orphanage and to leave behind Kiryuu's yakuza ties. However, he becomes involved once his orphanage is at risk of being demolished as it is on land required for government plans. While in Okinawa, Kiryuu befriends Shimabukuro Rikiya of the local Ryuudou Family.
