The main heroine of Tales of Destiny. Rutee works as a Lens Hunter along with her partner Mary Argent, and wields the Swordian of Water, Atwight. Many are annoyed by her greedy ways, but she doesn't let it bother her. She eventually marries Stahn Aileron and becomes the mother of Kyle Dunamis. Her seiyuu is Imai Yuka.
Rutee discovers that she has a long-lost brother - he is Leon Magnus.
She has very short black hair and purple eyes. She wears a cropped red tube top underneath a cropped black sleeveless jacket, shoulder pads, a pair of black elbow gloves underneath a pair of red fingerless gloves.
