An official alternate costume for Rosalina in Mario Kart Tour, putting her in Dutch clothes. Wears a long black dress with long sleeves and floral print, along with a white apron waist apron and a white hat. Also wears a red star choker, a white waist bow, and a pair of yellow shoes. Often depicted with a watering can and/or a bouquet of pink and yellow tulips.
