One of Janus Cascade's partners in Wild Arms 3, along with Dario Nicolodi. Romero fights like a ninja but is as cowardly as Dario, leading Janus to abuse them both. Dario and Romero leave Janus after being swept away in a windstorm and presumed dead, but both are seen alive later.
