Richard is one of the three personas Jacket occasionally visits in Hotline Miami. Richard is wearing the rooster mask.
Official artwork shows him wearing the same clothes as Jacket but he always wears the chicken mask that he shares his name with. In Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, he can instead appear through anyone wearing a Richard mask.
