Meme based on an edited panel of Grappler Baki that depicts Retsu Kaioh lying in a hospital bed, reduced to a disembodied head and bandaged neck. In the original panel his body is (mostly) intact after the fight with Pickle, save for his right leg that was eaten by the latter.
After the anime adaptation reached the memed scene, an edit of the anime version began circulating alongside the existing manga edit.
