Reinrassig III, seventh son of the Noble Highbreed House of Di Ralla, direct descendant of the Pure Blooded High Order of Rasecht, also known as Reiney, is a Highbreed with a partially Methanosian arm and the current Highbreed Supreme.

Reinrassig III looks like a regular four-eyed Highbreed but now he has a partially Methanosian right arm, in which holds the Imperial Seal on its palm.
