Character from The Exorcist novel and movies. She is possessed by the Assyrian demon Pazuzu, causing drastic physical and behavioral changes, and she's only freed after an exorcism is performed on her.

Her disturbing appearance in the first movie was infamously used as a jumpscare in the 2003 scary maze game, to great effect.
