An interactable "service" on the dark web that acts similarly to streaming: an individual(s) is placed in a red-colored room (whether by the room already being painted red or being covered in blood) and other individuals may purchase various methods with which to torture the first individual.

Should not be used unless it's clear somewhere that the image is live service.
