rally car

A type of racecar specifically designed for off-road Rally courses. Usually heavily modified versions of everyday cars.

The top series for Rally racing is the World Rally Championship, though regional series such as the Japanese Rally Championship exist throughout the world. To this day, the Group B class Rally cars from the 1980s remain some of the most recognizable examples of rally cars.
