A playable character in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade, Raigh is a shaman and the twin brother of Lugh. He is also the son of Nino from Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade alongside his brother. After being orphaned with his brother at a young age, he befriends Chad, a thief who is also an orphan. He can also potentially befriend Sophia and Hugh via supports.

Appearance wise, he looks identical to his twin brother Lugh, but wears a different outfit: he wears a long black coat with a purple cape, brown boots, and a green banner down the center. Fire Emblem Heroes adds golden trim to his outfit.
