A master escape artist who can break out of any prison where she is being kept captive. A highly amiable individual who excels in wheeling and dealing. She is always the life of the party at the Rehabilitation Center.
She has very long black/pink multicolored two-tone hair which she wears with a high ponytail, and has red eyes. Goes barefoot and has her ankles shackled. Wears a strapless bikini top with an o-ring showing off her cleavage and large breasts. Her arms are bound by advanced mechanical handcuffs with chains which are also her weapon/gun which she dual wields. Wears a shrug (clothing), two thigh strap and short shorts which has the patterns of striped prison clothes.
Her name is taken from 'deliquency', a crime committed by teenagers or young people.
