pullcart
An open two-wheeled cart that is pulled either by humans or animals. In general they tend to be larger than pushcarts and usually have longer handles to allow a person or animal to pull the cart without bumping into the cart.
This tag is for carts designed to carry cargo, not passengers. See carriage or rickshaw for carts that carry people.
