An imageboard meme that involves a picture with a person's arms spread wide in triumph.
It is used as a response to NSFW content being posted on a SFW board. The joke is that anyone viewing the thread at work will get fired for looking at porn, and thus "promoted" to unemployment while someone else is promoted to take their job.
