An imageboard meme that involves a picture with a person's arms spread wide in triumph.
The joke was based on the fact that people who posted porn in SFW imageboards would inevitably garnering more attention, and that the one whose their post is getting "promoted" to NSFW category (i.e the poster) should have known better.
