portable stove

A cooking stove that is designed to be portable and lightweight. They are used in camping, picnicking, and for other uses in remote locations where there is no other means of heating or cooking. In low-end Japanese apartments their kitchens may be furnished with a portable 1-3 burner stove that hooks to the gas line.

Portable stoves are frequently used for cooking hotpots.
