A secondary antagonist featured in the seventh part of the Jojo no Kimyou Na Bouken's series, Steel Ball Run.

Pocoloco also happens to be a Stand user, whose Hey Ya! exists to cheer him up. He bring to the race on his horse Hey Ya.

Pocoloco is a dark-skinned male of below-average to average height and slim or medium build. He sports a horseshoe mustache.

Throughout the race, Pocoloco wears a light, cropped tank top and pants, which sport a brick-like pattern. He is also seen wearing a harness, knee high boots, and a classic leather aviator cap covered with distinctive elliptical pieces.

During the crossing of the frozen strait, he wears a long-sleeved shirt sporting a similar design as his tank top.
