Has black wings and wears a plague doctor mask, black robe, and a black hat.
Its appearance gradually changes after blessing new employees, with its color scheme turning from black to white, sprouting extra wings, and losing its hat and cloak, finally revealing a floating fetus with a single eye. After twelve employees are blessed, Plague Doctor irreversably transforms into the ALEPH-class Abnormality WhiteNight.
Its associated E.G.O is Prophet. Also grants a special E.G.O. gift called "Bless".
