pipkin pippa (shipkin shippa)

The 2nd costume of Phase Connect's Pipkin Pippa.

It consists of a black pinafore dress over a white petticoat with long puffy sleeves, black combat boots, red ribbons on her hair and dress, and two large cannons attached to her back.

Unlike her default costume, her official hair color is dyed black and her eye color changes to dark purple (though she has an alternate version of this costume where she has her original color scheme).
