It is a nurse outfit, consisting of a blue frilled dress and puffy short sleeves, a white apron, white thighhighs with bandaids on her thighs and blue mary janes. She can also wear a white shirt t-shirt with a stylized cardiogram.

For her official hairstyle in this costume, she has her ankle-length twintails.
