philia felice

A charming but fastidious priestess in Tales of Destiny who resides at Straylize Temple to do research on the A'ether Wars. She was turned into stone by a fellow priest, but cured by Stahn Aileron's party. During the journey, Philia obtains the Swordian of Lightning, Clemente. Ironically, she does not use any healing magic at all despite being a priestess. Her seiyuu is Inoue Kikuko.
