A major character from the game Dispatch, a superhero and possible employee of SDN, as well as the game's analog to Superman.

He's an alien resembling a muscular male human with brown or dark green hair, a mustache and/or mutton chops. His superhero costume consists of a blue bodysuit, a red cape with a gold trim, matching wrist cuffs and red boots.
