Playable character from Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 who leads the Dandelion Thieves, a thieves’ group that steal from the rich to give to the poor. His subordinates include Troude, a hired sellsword; Salem, a former Lopt Mage whom Perne rescued; and Tina, Safy’s younger sister who was coerced into the group by Perne dangling bugs in her face.
