overhaul (boku no hero academia)

Chisaki Kai, aka Overhaul, is the Leader of the Eight Preceipts and the main villain of the Shie Hassaikai Arc in Boku no Hero Academia. As part of the Eight Preceipts, he has a plague doctor mask he never removes, also usually seen in a feather-trimmed jacket. He has the power to disassemble and reassemble any object and person.
