overalls

A garment originally used as protective clothing. It consists of a bib, suspenders, and an attached lower garment, such as pants, shorts or skirt. It is usually made of blue denim and worn either with shirts or with nothing underneath.

Not to be confused with suspender pants, suspender shorts and suspender skirt.
