oumi (azur lane)

Azur lane's personification of the unfinished Kii-class battleship. Her look consists of brown pantyhose, black kimono, long hair, black hair ornated with a red flower.

Historically, her name was never finalized before she was cancelled in November 1923 to comply with the Washington Naval Treaty. Thus, she is also known in records as "Ship Number 12".

Has a striking resemblance to Atago.
