A character from the series Girls und Panzer, she's the driver of Ooarai Girls Academy's Team Hippo's StuG III.
Like the other members of Team Hippo, her nickname comes from a historical figure, in this case Narasaki Ryō, the wife of Bakumutsu period samurai Sakamota Ryouma. Her real name is Nogami Takeko (野上 武子).
Voiced by Oohashi Ayuru.
