Anthy's older brother, the acting chairman of the academy, and the closest character to a main antagonist the series has. In his youth, Akio and the white prince Dios were one and the same, but he became corrupted and lost his purpose as a "prince". Akio dominates his sister Himemiya Anthy, as well as chases down many other characters.
