She is a circus performer with a playing card motif who happens to be a fennec fox girl with long fluffy fox ears and a tail. She has long blonde hair with pink and black streaks, card suit facial marks on her cheeks and purple eyes with symbol-shaped pupils which seem to change with her emotions, often heart or star-shaped.
Her default hairstyle is a single side braid over her shoulder, bangs reaching between her eyes and a blue hair bow on her signature propeller ahoge.
She has shorter hair as her additional hairstyle.

She has an energetic and upbeat personality, albeit can be really crazy at times. Polka is infamous for her poor luck whenever she plays online games with other members.
Her fanbase is called the "Omaru-za", being represented by the Zain, fennec-like troupe members.
On July 31, 2022, Polka reached 1,000,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a subscriber endurance stream.
