okada izou (dog) (fate)
Koha-Ace's version of Okada Izou depicted as a black pomeranian dog.
The design was done by Okada's Fate/Grand Order illustrator Lack, who thought his fluffy hair resembled that of a Pomeranian's fur. The Japanese name for the dog version is a play on his Noble Phantasm (始末剣), both read as "Shimatsu-ken" but with the last word changed from "sword" to "dog/hound".
