No Significant Harassment is an Iterator in Rain World. While never met directly by the player, he appears in several Iterator text logs which the player can find. His puppet's canonical appearance is that of a green humanoid robot with simple robot ear "caps" that lack antenna. His forehead mark is a rhombus (diamond) divided into four equal pieces. He wears a purple robe.
He has an unusual personality for an AI: jokey, sarcastic and something of a troll. He frequently makes fun of other Iterators and the things they take very seriously. However, he genuinely cares for his friends.
He is responsible for dispatching Hunter on their mission to reactivate Looks To The Moon, and probably created Hunter specifically for this task. If Hunter completes his mission and ascends, NSH appears in their ending cutscene as a backlit figure cradling Hunter in his arms.
