Western-style shio (salt) ramen flavored Nissin Cup Noodle, sold from 2003 to 2023. The original Sio flavor was introduced in 2003, following the 'Yoshoku Sio' concept of featuring olive oil and basil.

From 2007 to 2019, the 'Yoshoku Sio' concept would be iterated upon further, as packaging began to highlight it more prominently. The iteration between 2007 and 2012 was Italian-themed, being 'Arrio Orio'-based and featuring garlic, the iteration between 2012 and 2016 was 'herb roasted chicken'-based, introducing pieces of chicken while highlighting the olive oil on the packaging, and the iteration from 2016 to 2019 would start highlighting the basil as well. In 2019, it was rebranded to SMOKY & SPICY SIO, maintaining the 'Yoshoku Sio' concept, with a new smoked olive oil and black pepper focus.

In 2023, the 'Yoshoku Sio' concept would finally be retired, with the rebrand to the Japanese-style Negi Shio.
