She wears a white and blue two-sided cape, a blue capelet with frills, a white sleeveless jacket worn over a white sleeveless shirt with a wing collar, a black bowtie and a chest belt, she also wears white short shorts with a loose black belt, black thighhighs, and blue fold-over boots.
