Also known as TATARI (タタリ, curse). Twenty-seven Dead Apostle Ancestor No. 13. His real name was Zepia Eltnam Oberon, an alchemist from Atlas.
Has the power to grant physical form to fears using his Reality Marble, The Night of Wallachia. He has no definite form, although he prefers female bodies and is commonly seen in the form of a traditional vampire.
He's the main antagonist of the first Melty Blood and a recurring character in its sequels.
An alternate version of him known as Zepia Eltnam Atlasia appears in the Fate series, where the title of Dead Apostles does not exist and he never left Atlas.
