Scott Pilgrim character. More commonly known by his nickname Young Neil. A backup member of Sex Bomb-omb and Stephen Stills's roommate. Looks strikingly similar to Scott.
In the anime, he ends up "writing" a movie about Scott's life. In actuality, the script just showed up one day, and Neil believes he wrote it.
