NPC from Mysidia in Final Fantasy IV. Playable in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. Named Elder in the games, but is named Minwu in the novelization in reference to Minwu from Final Fantasy II.
First seen when Cecil Harvey and the Red Wings attack Mysidia for the crystal. Later lends his twin students Palom and Porom to Cecil's cause.
