A Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon, #0481 in the National Pokédex.

A small, gray, fairy-like creature with a partially pink face and yellow eyes. Has two tails and a forehead jewel, and is usually seen floating.

Known as the Being of Emotion; it is a member of the "lake guardians" alongside Uxie and Azelf. All three were created by Arceus.
