A minor Dragon Ball character whose only appearance is in chapter 25 "A Rival Arrives!!" (ライバル? 参上!!, Raibaru? Sanjō!!, "A Rival? Arrival!!) and episode 14 "Goku's Rival" (悟空のライバル? 参上!!, Gokū no Raibaru? Sanjō!!, "Goku's Rival? Appears!!"), aired 28 May 1986 in Japan and 6 September 2001 in the United States.

She is a mermaid with long purple hair and wears a cropped red shirt with "PIE PIE" written on it.
