Melusine in her Third Ascension outfit from Fate/Grand Order. Parts of her skin are blackened, especially around her left eye, the tips of her hair have turned black, and she wears a revealing outfit consisting of a black tabard on her torso and black panties. Her arms and legs also become more draconic in appearance.
