medusa alter (fate)

Medusa's altered self seen only in Fate/Grand Order: First Order, appearing as a Lancer-class servant. She wears a black hood and miniskirt, and has tattoos running along one of her legs. This version of her doesn't exist in Fate/Grand Order, being just a silhouette of Medusa Rider.
