An OS-tan character. A personification of the notoriously bad Windows ME (Millennium Edition) operating system, Me-tan is recognized by her green hair in braided twintails, ahoge, and a blue maid outfit (with the Windows error icon, a "!" in a triangle, for a brooch).
Me-tan is most often depicted as a klutzy and dull-witted maid who invariably turns anything she tries to do into a disaster. She tries to compensate for her ineptitude by being an especially hard worker, which generally only makes matters worse. Despite (or perhaps because of) her hapless plight, she has traditionally been one of the most popular OS-tans.
